• 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 1 lb ground/minced beef
  • 1 16oz package of frozen corn OR three cobs' worth of stripped corn
  • fish sauce
With the stove on high, lightly sautee and discard a crushed clove of garlic. Then brown the beef.

Add a few liberal squirts of fish sauce so that the beef is lightly salted to taste. Take care not to overseason.

Put in the corn and mix until evenly distributed. Add a bit more fish sauce. Cover and let cook until corn is thoroughly heated. Serve.
