• 1 can Cream of Potato
  • 1 can Cream of Celery
  • 1 Stalk of Celery
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 2 Cans of milk
  • Meat (Ham, Turkey, Summer Sausage)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green Goya Seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Olive oil (optional)
Chop the potatoes into small cubes throw them in cold water and bring to a boil
Boil til soft, drain and set to the side in a bowl. Season then with a pinch of salt.

In the same pot you boiled the potatoes, empty contents of the cans add the milk water and chopped celery, onion and meat. Bring to a low boil. Too high and it will burn and stick. After it gets to a low boil, add potatoes and stir frequently. To help with sticking add small amounts of water and a bit of olive oil.

Keep an eye on it, stir frequently for an hour and it should be done. Salt and pepper to taste.

The longer it sits the better it gets. Stirring and adding water to keep it desired thickness.

Top with cheese and another green onion if desired.
